I have just been looking at my bills, not checked properly for a long time. thought the phone charges

were steep and found out that i have been paying for a premium number that i have never used. have sent a STOP ALL text to the number. how do i make sure that you 02 stop taking payments to this number. i cannot find a number to talk to someone. any help from you would be grateful
