Hi,

I bought a sim, transfered over my number from previous provider and now some of my texts are sent from my number from old provider and some are sending from number which came with sim card.

Not very happy with decision of changing.

Please help

If you have an iPhone, check the correct number is shown in Settings >Phone >My number.

If not, did you follow the port in process to transfer your number?

As the phone supports RCS messaging, there will be a phone number stored in the message settings under advanced messaging services (or similar).
