PAYG topup???

I was wondering if someone can help me. Having left O2 I transferred my number to a PAYG sim. I would like to topup and keep it as a spare without having to topup every month. I've looked on o2's website and all those payg tarrifs are confusing!! What do I have to do to just simply topup without some fancy tarrif and keep my number active without topups every month?

My number has disappeared from My O2 since transferring to payg. I have two other contracts which show up. Any way to add this number back in?

Did you get a new log in?
If so you need to link it with you old log in.

They were linked prior to going on payg. I received no new login for this payg. I was just sent a sim through the post and a chat assistant transferred my number onto it.

I've managed to get it linked to my O2 account. Is there a way for it to appear in the My O2 ios App?

You can switch between accounts in the My O2 app by pressing the menu top right.

I know how to switch but it wasn't appearing in the App. It's sorted now, had to contact O2. Thanks guys for all your help.
