I requested o2 payg to o2 pay monthly keeping same number 9 days ago but they have blocked my old number.
I received a new sim and new number and a pac number but it hasn't transferred.
It's hopeless calling the support team because they promise it will happen but it hasn't.
Awful service.

@Dave1234 wrote:Also they have stated that I do need a pac to migrate from payg to pm.
Laughable really these days.
You'll need your PAC to leave O2 which sounds like the best idea now.

Yes, I plan to leave O2, but I need my old payg number reinstated first.

Maybe that's the problem?
They have applied a pac (I have a number), but it doesn't need one, so the migration is stuck (confused)?

I am having the same issue - can't move my nr from PAYG to pay monthly. It was more than 30 calls already to O2 call center and all the promisses I am getting is that a ticket was created and I should wait for 24h. More Almost 1.5months has passed and no solution...
