PAYG mobile broadband must be the most rubbish I have used recently

Anonymous
Not applicable

I topped up my dongle with £10 for my daughter to go away in the UK.  It said a couple of days later that there was no data.  it was just plugged into a usb plug in the wall

Has anyone managed to find out where the top up screen is?  how do I find out the credit that is or should be on it?  Guru's save my time all they do is refer you to a phone number.  And why do they delete my dongle from my account every three months and this time did not put it back on my account.

So the question now is have I lost my money as we were unable to use teh dongle?  dont know as I cannot see.  total lack of customer service.  Not what I am used to seeing from O2
