PAYG how to get refund for credit balance

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi there,

After a LONG time with O2 on PAYG I am moving supplier and wondered if anyone knew if I can claim my credit balance back?  I can't find anything about it online and there's no-one available on their chat to message them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

M.

If you move away from o2 you lose any credit.
You can transfer the credit to an o2 contract if you upgrade but otherwise you will have to forfeit it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Unfortunately you cannot reclaim your credit. It's a case of use it or lose it imหafraid. The only way you wouldn't lose it is by taking a contract with O2 and credit would then be transferred to the new account.
