I don't use my phone much but for two weeks may be using it more for calls/text/data. Can I change to a Big Bundle for 30 days and then change back to Classic afterwards? I know you can change bundles but can you go back to Classic?

Annoyingly I am currently in France. Tried calling O2 from our fixed line on the number on their web site for calls from abroad and after many stages of options selected it finally said it couldn't verify the number I was calling from "goodbye".
My partner is currently sailing back to U.K. And was hoping to get it sorted before they dock. I think a visit to an O2 store will be the option.

Just found this on O2 web site.....
"Pay As You Go Big Bundle Standard Rates
By switching to a Big Bundle tariff, any allowances of minutes, texts or data you currently receive will be replaced by your chosen Big Bundle allowances and the standard rates outside of your Big Bundle allowances will be as shown below. If you switch tariff, you will not be able to switch back to your current rates."
Looks like switching back to the CLASSIC PAYG tariff may not be allowed after all.

That only applies if your original tariff is no longer available.
You can switch every month to any currently available tariff as I said above.
