Solved: PAYG bolt on not working

Hi there,

I am on pay & go go go 1000 texts but I have topped up £35 this month 2 x £10 & 1 x £15 but my texts and calls are still being charged for.

Any help is appreciated

Unfortunately it sounds like you need to call 4445 to speak to CS.

Have you reached your anniversary data yet?
The free calls/texts/data are reset once each month only.

yes, when i check online it says awaiting topup, but i did again yesterday and still nothing
