PAYG: What do texts and internet cost when I don't top up on time?

That's an old original tariff. If it's one of the newer tariffs the charges are:

Terms

Video calls are only available on compatible 3G phones. Please check individual handset specifications for details on which phones have this feature. Not available with iPhone. UK video calls 50p per minute

UK text message 12p per message
