PAYG Useage

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have just moved to a classic PAYG and put £10 on my account. I have not used my phone but the balance is now at £8.91 the following day - I cannot see why. Can anyone help?

If the Phone hasn’t been used for anything it shouldn’t decrease your balance but we can’t see your account on here so you need to call customer service or try live chat to see what has taken your credit

Just checking if Classic PAYG incurs the £1.00 web daily charge if mobile data is on @MI5

Never used it so I'm not sure whether this is the problem?

No it’s a charge per mb.

But anyway, the OP said Phone not used so I assumed not data either?

Is it a pro rata charge or flat £x per Mb?
Apps updating? Apple device registering for iMessage?

So 21-22mb then. Not an unlikely number, particularly if apps were updating.

Very true.
Can you confirm what you mean by not used @Anonymous?
