@Gift

As you have posted in pay monthly do you mean you want to cancel a recurring bolt on?

If so, you need to call customer service on 202.

If you mean PAYG auto top up, this can be cancelled by going to the payments page in your MyO2 or by speaking with customer service on 4445.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Gift

Follow the advice here

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-Pay-Your-Bill-Contract/ba-p/1014090

All information you need is in that guide

You should be able to stop it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2. If this creates a problem then give customer services a call on 202

Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome
