PAY MONTHLY CONTRACT

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi there,

I'm wondering what details O2 would need for my contract?

I ordered a new phone in Pay Monthly tarrif and I couldn't understand the agent on the phone.

She was asking about my adress, name, number of order, and something about my passport. But I didn't understand what exactlly.

Could you please tell me what details they need from my passport?

Otherwise they will cancel my order... 😞

It sounds like an identity check (different to a credit check) as it is just to confirm you are who you say you are.
Your passport number would suffice.

Call them back with your order reference and they will sort you out http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Well, I'll call them tommorow one more time, because today it's too late... I hope so. Sometimes it's really hard to understand those agents...

Ok, thank you.

I received an email. They wrote that I can contact with them between 9 am to 5 pm.

So I'll try tommorow.
