Hi would it be possible for me to pay someone elses monthly 02 contract for them but i do not have their account number only mobile number can you help me please

You would have to call CS on 202 with your credit/debit card details.

You may need them there when you call as you will be asked for their security details.

Hi can you help me my friends mobile keeps ending my calls as as i rin and texts i send are saying failed can someone tell me what might be wrong with my friends phone as mine is working perfectly

Some phones/apps can block incoming calls so it's possible they have blocked you accidentally.

RE PAYING SOMEONE ELSE'S BILL...

Yes you can...no security checks needed to be done by customer services, but you HAVE to tell them the amount you are paying. They cannot tell you what the amount of the bill is.

I'm not sure how you could make a payment if you can't be told how much the bill is?

It's possible also that their phone is switched off, disconnected etc.
