I am out of the country for five months and would like to pause my Pay Monthly account but I cannot find any information anywhere on how to do this!

You won't be able to do that unless you are a member of the armed forces.
You can speak to payment management, just in case they can offer you a payment plan.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
