I'm having trouble trying to port my number over. Have tried the website 4 times, waited 5 days and still no luck. Due to covid I can't phone customer services. Email says will be answered up to 5 days. I'm really close to cancelling whole contract and going back to vodaphone. Cannot use new phone as I really have to have my old number. Seriously not impressed with o2 customer service, especially when I can still speak to vodaphone!

They will deal with anyone if you get through. Try any number. Press any option even fraud.

I phoned them myself a few days ago and they dealt with my query, even though it was non urgent.

Try 0800 587 4005 first.

@Janer Try 0800 587 4005 first of the numbers in the link below. Choose any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen if necessary. O2 has handled its treatment of customers appallingly during this crisis. We are all customers here, so all we can do is sympathise.

Thank you, but you can't call customer services, they will only deal with new customers, leaving customers or fraud, theft. They cut you off for any other problem.
