Hi, anyone know how to request PAC to move network without spending hours in queue on 202? Is there an email address to send request to? Thanks. Richard

Hi,

You are best advised to keep trying 202 to speak to Customer Services.

Another option is Live Chat but tbh they are fine for Low Level General Enqiries.

e mail option.

You could always try the live chat.

Alternatively have a look at the support pages on the O2 web site.
