Hi this is the third time im asking for a PAC the previous two times I was given one through online chat but they didnt work even though I was well withing the expiry date of the PAC. Coud i receive another one that works please?

Make sure they understand fully when using chat that you want your PAC not your PUK. Things get lost in translation.

And to clarify a PAC consists of three letters and six digits.
PAC codes issued by O2 always start with TEL, if you receive something else, the chances are they've misunderstood your request.
