Mother in law is in a monthly contract that has ended and has just been running.

Is it possible for her to end the contract and move onto my family contract and keep the same number and i can then claim a discount for her ?

Discount can be claimed within the first 28 days of either upgrading or taking a new contract Guide: O2 Open & Friends and Family discounts - How to sign up

There is no need for a PAC if staying with O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
