Hi there, I wish to leave the O2 network but I want to keep my O2 number. Please can request a PAC code.

@Anonymous You aren't speaking to o2 here, this is a customer to customer forum

 

to get your pac you can call cs on 202 for Pay monthly or 4445 for payg

 

you can also use live chat but only contract customers can get their pac that way

You need to call customer service. 202 monthly or 4445 P&G

Live chat can give you a PAC if you are on monthly contract.

If only customer support would answer their phone! Been on hold for over an hour now.

 

Its rediculous that there is no process for doing this on line.

There is a technical problem with cs at the moment which o2 are aware of.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
