I filled in the form yesterday with my PAC code to keep my number; its been well over 24 hours, should my number not have been moved by now?

You should have been text a changeover date to the number you are keeping.

If not, send the form again or call O2 to book it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Has your old phone lost service? If so keep rebooting the new one.

Hi, no text to number im keeping, although BT (who i was with / still am with currently!) have text to say "Sorry you are leaving" but that was Monday midday.  I thought all PAC requests were completed in 24 hours and 48 hours if form submitted after 5pm, is that not the case now?  I dont appear to have an aknowledgment at all from O2 about my requests to keep number  😞 And i cant see how i contact anyone

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
