I wish to cancel my sim only mobile account for iphone6s plus mobile number not in any sort of contracted period my contract officially end in October 2017 n just kept using my O2 sim until nearly a week ago but now upgraded with mobile.co.uk but still using02 but now on a twenty forty eight month contract £38 per month for unlimited texts unlimmeted minutes n 30GB per month with my new iPhone XR but need to cancel my 02 iphone6s plus SIM card only usage mobile number ending in 785 but keeping my one just set up ending 263

You need to call customer services on 202 and ask them to migrate your old number to the new account.

This will immediately cancel your old contract.

My understanding is that he/she wishes to keep the new number and just to end the old contract so it needs closing as per the link.
