PAC code to port my number FROM 02 to another provider - where is the link ?

Ive now been on hold on the phone for an hour and on chat for around 30 mins - I can find how to port TO 02 but not how to port from O2

You need to request a PAC from your current provider then when you have it, complete this online form.

Yes this is lovely thank you but my phone is broken and I can't contact the number from my phone therefore. I waited on the phone and on chat for a long time this morning and they tell me they have techinical difficulties

You could try a landline.....Numbers in the link....(I know not everyone has a landline but maybe a friend or neighbour has? ) These are the only contact options I'm afraid...
