Hi,

I transferred from EE to O2 this week, I gave my PAC code when I ordered the SIM card, however the SIM has arrived and I am using in my phone, but I have had no message or information that the transfer to have my old number has begun. The phone is currently working with the new number you provided but I want to keep my old number from EE. Have I missed a step?

Many thanks

It looks like your PAC wasn't accepted, best thing to do is speak to o2  If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or you can call 202

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
