Hi All,

I'm changing from pay monthly to pay as you go, and I've been asked for my PAC number, for last number was [Removed], and i'd like to keep that please.

How do I go about this.

How to get PAC here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278 but not required if staying with O2, only needed if moving networks.

Call 202 and they will send you a P&G sim with your number and finalise any final bill
