On Thursday I spent over 3 hours trying to get a PAC code and was treated very badly. I was shunted from one to the other and they were only interested in getting me to change my mind, I was treated so badly that it upset me [a 90 year old ] that it brought on an angina attack. and I Could not face trying again yesterday..
I am asking you again for a PAC code to transfer my phone number to Tesco

@Anonymous Sorry to hear of the trouble you're having. This is not Customer Service. We are all customers here like you. Please follow the guide provided in the post above. O2 have absolutely no right to deny you your PAC. If you keep getting the runaround, ask to speak to a supervisor. As a last resort, if you have one nearby, you could call into an O2 store and ask them to assist you in calling Customer Service, or possibly ask the Tesco Mobile department in store to help. Good luck. I hope you get this resolved soon.
