Yes as advised by @Cleoriff P&G you must call 4445.

You don't.

What was said is that you can use live chat if on contract, or call 202, it's a choice, but PAYG must call 4445 to get one.

You dont....but advice is there about PAC's IF you were on a contract. PAYG is simply calling 4445
