No it's not possible I'm afraid. You can change the bank details and address but she can only fully own it by taking a new contract in her name as she has to pass a credit check etc.
She can take over payments but the contract has to stay in your name until it's renewed.

@Hi1 Please note. There is something called transfer of ownership with O2, however it doesn't cover what you are looking to do.

The transfer has to go to someone who already has a contract with O2 (and affects the mobile number)
