Can i repay my over spend over the course of so many months

If you are struggling to pay your account then you can speak to the debt management team by calling 202 and asking to speak to them. They would come up with a repayment plan but not just for the overspend. It would have to be for the whole amount and would be in the form of part payments.

However your phone may be restricted until the full amount was paid back.

You can't just split the normal account charge from the overspend though and your account would be restricted unless you called them.
