Being charged overseas bill for being out of the country

If you have been overseas for more than 62 days or in a non EU country then charges are applicable.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

If in EU you are subject to the fair use policy (FUP) https://www.o2.co.uk/roamfairuse

If outside of the EU there are charges for using your phone which can be found here O2 | International | International Caller Bolt On
