Overpriced use of phone abroad

I have been charged 140 for like a week abroad and have now been charged a further 100 is this normal???????!?!????? Will definitely not be paying that

@Anonymous you can check costs here http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad but you’ll have to pay if charges are correct unfortunately.

Actually works out was charged 240. Same day even when I set up a Bolt on abroad!!!!!!! What a rip off

Depending on where you were it is up to £4.99 a day to call or text abroad

O2 say they cap if at £48 a month every other phone company have better rates certainly moving elsewhere I willnotpaythis been absolutely Conned

I added abolt on for 4.99 a day for data and was accepted but yet they charged 140.00 then a further 100.00

o2 chat lady said Tunisia wasn't in world zone and said it wasn't in Africa and Africa wasn't in zone bracket either.told her been to Egypt which is in Africa and never got charged extortionate amount then had her to tell her Tunisia is in Africa then she started back tracking and making excuses!!!!!!

@Anonymous If the charges are legitimate and you refuse to pay, the only one who gets hurt in the end is you. O2 are ruthless in pursuing non-payments. They will just hand it over to a debt collection agency and put a negative mark on your credit rating. If that happens, you will not be able to take a contract out with any provider, and it will impact you in many other areas of your life. I know you're angry about this, but there are lots of consequences for you if you don't pay. It's something for you to consider before you do anything rash. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

As said above, charges for Tunisia are set at International/standard rates.
