@Anonymous If the charges are legitimate and you refuse to pay, the only one who gets hurt in the end is you. O2 are ruthless in pursuing non-payments. They will just hand it over to a debt collection agency and put a negative mark on your credit rating. If that happens, you will not be able to take a contract out with any provider, and it will impact you in many other areas of your life. I know you're angry about this, but there are lots of consequences for you if you don't pay. It's something for you to consider before you do anything rash.
