Its sorted now. I spoke to live chat and they told me to make a payment on the myo2 app and my account will be in credit.
I found out this week that im being made redundant at work. So that's why I decided to make the payment now while I still have money in my bank account.

Interesting to see they are now doing 18 month sim only plans. Must have changed recently as I have only ever seen the 30 day or 12 month plans. (I'm on the 12 month simo)
