I have just realised as changing phone providers that I have been paying for Amazon prime on extra with 02 & also by direct debit,how do I get a refund,this has been over 2 years,only noticed as my bill should have reduced down considerably with 02 but was higher than expected,I have now cancelled in extras but didn’t even know it was there😡

You wont is the the answer, as it is your responsibility to check your bill each month and report any discrepancies, and it is upto you to read the terms of the extra which state it rolls onto a monthly subscription, and its upto you to cancel the extra at the end of that free term.
