Hello,

This month I have purchased two bolt-ons, these will be added to next months bill.

What I'd like to know is whether I can make an overpayment of my airtime bill now to the value of the bolt-ons that I have purchased to ensure my bill next month is the same as what it usually is?

When I go through Myo2 to the 'Make payment' tab my balance is £0.00. If I select 'Other amount' and put in the value of the bolt-ons I've used and click update, it say's 'You're paying more than you owe'. Am I right in thinking if I proceed with this then it will essentially put my account into credit which will off set against the total of my next bill?

Thank you!

Yes, your account will go into credit.

Your bill payment will still come out as normal later.

Thanks for your reply. My balance is now reading a minus figure, just to confirm the minus is suggesting my balance is in credit and will be used towards my next bill?

Yes a minus is a credit 👍
