Overdue payment??

my account says my payment is overdue but I pay by direct debit and this hasn’t happened before? how can this be sorted and will my credit be affected?

Has the payment been  taken out of your bank?

They can only take payment if there is enough money in the bank.

You need to call O2 to check if payment has been made. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
