Overdue bill

I have just noticed that my bill is overdue and that it’s increased to £79 as opposed to £29. Upon trying to make a payment it isn’t accepting my payment method which the usual automated payments go through. I don’t have any blocks / issues on my card so I would have to reason to believe it’s an issue with my card provider, yet I have been charged extra for this issue? May I have some help please. You need to call the Payment Management Team on  0800 902 0217 and they will be able to help. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
