Hi my bill is over due to my debit card being compromised and I had to cancel my card. There are no funds in it due to it all going missing, and I can't pay my bill and I cannot get in contact with anyone to talk about it. I have called 3 different numbers which have not helped. I need to talk to someone ASAP.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I have tried that number already. the only options I have to select from are if my phone is lost or stolen and go to 2 website. not one option to talk to some one to discuss my issue. I am getting calls from o2 and they are only automated calls to pay my bill so they are not helpful either. Social media are just pointing me to the number I have already tried same as yourself

You need to call at 8.00am as soon as they open and before anyone else does so as to mis the call queues.
