Overdue bill

I recently renew my contract and somehow the direct debit has been disabled and my bill is overdue I tried to pay and I did also I have the reference number of the payment and I really need the data back so I can call

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
