Hi there.
Im contacting you today regarding my overdue bill.
I have received your text messages about my phone potentially being disabled if I don't pay as soon as possible.
I receive my universal credit payment on the 7th so I wanted to get in touch to require whether I could pay both June and Julys bills on that date?
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind regards,
Kay.

Thank you, I did realise that after I posted then couldn't figure out how to take it down lol.
Unfortunately my phone is cut off and I've tried to multiple 'free' numbers to no avail.
Thanks again for your reply 😊.
Kay!
