Overcharged!!!

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been over charged for my phone bill for my iphone 5c this month. My bill is usually 28 pounds per month. I was shocked to recieve a text message telling me that my phone bill, due to come out on the 19th of september is 113 pounds. I almost died. I admit I bought some data as my wifi was down but I was expecting my bill to be no more than 50 pounds. I checked my o2 account and it says I have 2.45 GB of data whereas I am only supposed to have 500 MB. I never changed my monthly plan, all I bought was 1GB of extra data for 9 pounds and that is literally it so I don't understand why my data allowance has changed to 2.45GB, can anyone help? I really don't have the money at ALL to pay for it and it just simply can't be right.

The data bolt on seems to have been carried over if there is 2.5GB available so it's been processed as a recurring bolt on which was my initial point. Yes maybe additional charges but this needs to be sorted by calling 202.

You phoned up and actually cancelled the contract? If you don't cancel your contract carries on monthly until you cancel.

Yes...unless you cancel it will carry on as a 30 day rolling contract...

You must still have a contract or else they can't bill you.
