Despite 2 phone calls and the promise of a credit I have been charged for insurance I never requested. It has been added 6 month into the contract. How do I get this money back. Customer service has been awful?

Hi @SharonP - I'll tag a Forum Advisor @O2Lisa to see if she can help you later this morning when she gets in. Keep an eye on your Private Messages icon, the 'envelope' at top-right if on a PC, or the "Messages" option when you tap on your avatar at top-right if on mobile or tablet. It may help if you have your O2 and bank/DirectDebit account details to hand, including where and when you took out your contract, if you have them handy.
