The vast overwhelming majority of customers were not impacted by this, and the billing error only applied in very specific circumstances when leaving our network. Since discovering the error ourselves we took proactive steps to identify and refund impacted customers for any extra charges they paid.
If you had no contact from us regarding this then you can assume you were not impacted by this and not due any refund.
