This is a customer forum @Anonymous so you need to talk to customer service about your issues http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

if tou look in your myo2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 it will explain the charges though. 

If the money was taken in error ask your bank to recall the funds under the direct debit indemnity guarantee.
