I am on a fixed tariff of £18 per month. Yet I am going to be charged £33+ for August. It shows that I am being charged for Disney + which I have not signed up or and have no interest in. Please amend.

If you had an extra as a sign up bonus then perhaps the free period has ended.
To remove the extra, see the guide below:
Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
If this is not the case, then you need to get in touch with customer services:
You can call 202 from a pay monthly phone, or 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
If your phone is not working, then use Skype and call 0800 902 0217.
