Overcharged on final bill now living abroad

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have cancelled my O2 pay monthly contract and now have pay as you go but using same PAC number. I have now moved abroad.

I had an iPhone 4s contract of £36 per month with 5 months remaining. When I contacted O2 to inform them of my leaving I was quoted £183 + final month bill. I estimated this as maximum £223 final bill. Today I received an ebill for £402.

I have logged in to check my bill online but because I changed to pay as you go I can't view previous contract bill. Can anyone advise how I go about finding out about extra charges?

Your best bet would be to use live chat seeing as your out of the country;

If you have no luck with them you'd have to call CS international number which can be costly:(

Let us know how you get on and ill dig out the number for you.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink
