To whom this concerns.
My main 24minth contract ended in May this year and I recieved a personal paper letter stating that my contract would automatically be down graded to £35 per month, monthly rolling contract. This shows as implemented in my o2 app but every month I am still been overcharged the same amount as my original contract was.
Please can you contact me regarding this.
Thankyou

@DanHartwell This isn't O2. This is a customer community, so no one will call you.

O2 aren't very much interested in talking to customers these days unless they're buying something or upgrading. If you want to discuss your issue with customer service, below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through. You need to call 202 from your mobile:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
