O2 take the complete biscuit. Charging me 20 pounds to call an 0844 number whose reads all the terms and conditions. Will be leaving these guys in September.

Unfortunately you are finding out just exactly why people read the T&C's........

PS All networks charge for 0844/0845 numbers so make sure you check the T&C's of your new network too.
