I was charged twice for O2 Travel in April - anyone else had this problem?
It's not a massive amount of money but it is mine and not O2's and I'd like to get it back.

If you are disputing any charge on your bill, you have to speak to O2. We have no access to your account

The number ending 4005 is currently the best one to call.

Thanks for quick response.
TBH, I didn't expect anyone from the community would be able to help, I was just curious about recent billing errors - i.e. have other folks had any.
I will call O2 - thanks for the tip re using the 4005 number
