I’ve checked my bill and I have been paying massively over my agreed contract,
when looking deeper, it says iTunes charges…. Which I don’t have any! I have checked and checked again, I have no iTunes subscriptions to the amount you have been charging me
I want this dealt with now

O2 only bill you the charges passed from Apple.
You need to address the issue with Apple in order to get refunded.
O2 won't refund without approval from Apple.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )
