Over payment than my contract price

Hi,

Please sort this out for me I have made a contract with O2 for air time is £10 and device time was £7. I have been paying different amount every month which not fair as per contract. Do you have any hidden costs?

 

Please stick to my contract only and I do not want to pay more than my contracted price.

Look at the bill breakdown in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and I suspect you will find additional charges for calls and texts that are not included in your allowances or which take you over your allowances.
