O2 has taken the wrong amount out of my bank this month for my airtime , it should be £21.80 and you have taken £34.65 .Please could someone get back to me ?

If the charges are correct, you need to contact payment management.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
